A clarified, brandy-charged Piña Colada with a herbaceous touch. This cocktail is interesting and complex, but also fun and smashable.
Glassware: Old Fashioned glass
Garnish: White chocolate drop with lime zest
Ingredients:
45ml St-Rémy Brandy
30ml Lime juice
45ml Fresh pineapple juice
20ml Coco Real
5ml Amaro Montenegro
Method: Add all ingredients except the Amaro Montenegro. Milk punch using 40ml whole milk. Allow to sit overnight, then strain. Add 5ml Amaro Montenegro, stir, and strain over a large ice cube.
