Sydney-siders are in for a treat as Bombay Sapphire has announced the launch of a gin garden pop-up bar to coincide with the now almost sold out Project Botanicals.
Project Botanicals is an interactive dining experience that showcases the ten botanicals of Bombay Sapphire Gin, uncovering consumers’ taste preferences and enhancing their palates with food and drink pairings.
The menu will include a range of bespoke cocktails designed by Bombay Sapphire in collaboration with some of Sydney’s best gin venues, including The Rook, The Barber Shop and 360 Bar & Dining. Guests will also be treated to live acts and playing summer tunes.
The gin garden pop-up bar will be open on Thursday to Sunday evenings, running from March 2nd to March 12th.
Entry to the Bombay Sapphire’s garden pop-up bar is free, with each bespoke cocktail available for $12 each. Guests can access the bar via Henry Lawson Gate.
