Experience Fang Fang’s New Chinese Zodiac Inspired Cocktails

To celebrate its extremely successful first year on the Hong Kong cocktail scene, Lan Kwai Fong’s popular Fang Fang has released a new cocktail menu inspired by the Chinese zodiac.

The menu comprises of 13 cocktails, 12 which reflect the ancient Chinese zodiac signs and one that allows the bartender to choose your fate with an original, tailor-made drink.

All are presented in unique, hand-decorated cocktail glasses, many of which were designed by Bar Manager Gagan Gurung especially for the innovative menu.

Highlights from the menu include:

The Year of the Rat’s ‘Fly Me Mediterranean’, featuring parmesan washed Gin Mare, Sakura sake, white cacao, bergamot and popping candy;

The Year of the Rabbit’s ‘Soft Skills’, made from milk-washed vodka, carrot, ‘magic’ cordial and celery;

The Year of the Pig’s ‘Salty Thirst’, a mix of soy milk washed mezcal, miso syrup, beer and a pinot noir float;

The Year of the Monkey’s ‘Prankster’, a combination of Rebal Yell Rye, balsamic vinegar, banana and strawberries shrub;

And the Year of the Snake’s ‘See Through Me’, an interactive cocktail of rose water and gin, shrouded in smoke that is released by the guest.

Located in Hong Kong’s LKF Tower, Fang Fang is a chic restaurant, bar and lounge serving modern Asian cuisine and unique, innovative cocktails.
