HOW TO: Rhubarb Ramos

Here’s some inspiration for a twist on the classic Ramos Gin Fizz. You might need a few extra hands to make this pretty pink number.

Did you know, the Ramos Gin Fizz was created in 1888 by Henry Charles Ramos at his bar the Imperial Cabinet Saloon on Gravier Street in New Orleans. Originally called the New Orleans Fizz, it is one of the cities most popular drinks. This cocktail is also known as the Ramos Fizz.

Glass: Tall
Ingredients:
15-20ml MONIN Rhubarb Puree
10ml MONIN Lime Rantcho
10ml MONIN Lemon Rantcho
45ml Gin
Touch of rosewater
Touch of orange blossom
1 x egg white
A good pour of cream
Soda water

Method: Add all ingredient into shaker with ice apart from the soda water. Shake hard. Strain and pour into tall glass. Top with soda water.
