Entries are now open to the OPIHR Global Cocktail Competition. The mechanics for entering the competition are simple. All you have to do is create a new cocktail using OPIHR spiced gin, shared it on Instagram (image and recipe), tagging @OPIHRGin with the hashtag #OPIHRWorld.
Your cocktail must be a twist on a classic, use at least 35ml OPIHR gin, and with no more than five ingredients. The cocktail must also include at least one locally sourced ingredient, so start foraging!
Entries close on the 19th July and are open to professional bartenders across the globe. The judging panel will shortlist all the entries and if selected you will be invited to attend the national final in July. From here the winner will represent Australia at the APAC regional finals in August.
