Hip Media, publishers of Drinks World Asia and Drinks World Middle East magazines, is proud to announce the launch of Drinks World across the region and into Australia in late May – reaching 14 countries and three continents.

Drinks World magazine is a high-end regional drinks industry publication dedicated to the dynamic world of beverages; the people, bars, restaurants and brands that bring the industry to life. Our readership is industry professionals involved with the service of drinks – across non-alcoholic, beer, wine, spirits, liqueurs and cocktails. Drinks service professionals have grown in stature across the globe and their desire, and need, for quality information has grown with it.

For the past four years Drinks World has been at the forefront of global and regional competitions, organising, judging and as a media partner; working alongside brands such as Diageo World Class, Bacardi Legacy, Havana Club, Beefeater and Cointreau.

Drinks World is to be published in four versions; stretching from Dubai (Middle East edition) across China (China edition), Greater Asia (Asia edition) and Australia & NZ (Australasia edition). Drinks World is the only truly regional publication connecting bartenders and sommeliers from Auckland to Abu Dhabi, Sydney to Shanghai and Dubai to Denpasar.

Hip Media, based in Sydney, are the publishers of industry leading titles drinks trade and explore DRiNKS and have recently initiated the launch of DRiNKSTV – which will work alongside Drinks World. The existing social media platform has a reach of over 5,000 trade influencers – growing every day throughout the region.

Ashley Pini, Publishing Editor and Founder of Hip Media, sees Australia as the natural extension for the Drinks World brand and is looking forward to bringing the region a little closer together with this initiative.
