Chiswick at the Gallery has teamed up with Archie Rose Distillery Co. to create the ultimate gin cocktail pairing menu.

Gin aficionados and foodies alike are invited to the exclusive collaboration dinner, Tuesday 21st June 2016. Patrons will also have the opportunity to be the first to try Archie Rose’s newest distilled gin, made especially for the venue.

What: A Celebration of Gin Botanicals – four courses with uniquely developed Chiswick x Archie Rose distilled gin cocktails
When: Tuesday, 21st  June 2016, 6:30pm for a 7pm start
Where: Chiswick at the Gallery, Art Gallery Road, The Domain NSW 2000
Cost: $150 per person

With Chiswick’s commitment to use on the best and freshest seasonal produce and Archie Rose’s focus on local botanicals, the partnership is sure to take diners on a rich and unique gastronomic experience.

“We were ecstatic to have the chance to work with Archie Rose, not just for the mere fact that we want to support ‘local’ producers but we were also given an opportunity to collaborate in the process of developing our own gin that will be exclusive to CHISWICK at the Gallery” said Matt Dunne, Group Sommelier, Solotel.
