Hong Kong’s newest destination for contemporary cuisine, Alto, is taking its diners to new heights. Located on the top floor of V Point tower in Causeway Bay, the restaurant offers breath-taking views of the city along with its French-Asian fusion menu.
With renowned culinary skills amassed from experience at top restaurants, such as the Michelin-starred Bradley Ogden (Caesars Palace, Los Vegas), Executive Chef Michael Boyle has created for his diners an exciting seasonal menu driven by quality.
The “grill-centric” menu showcases only the most superior quality USDA Prime and Argentinian grass-fed beef. French and Asian inspired dishes include Cabonara Macaroni and Crispy Pig Ears with Thai-spiced dipping sauce. Artisinal cocktails are also a highlight Alto, as well as superb range of wines from some of top international vineyards.
Alto’s best kept secret, however, is its private champagne room with floor-to-ceiling windows for the best views of Victoria Harbour, accompanied by a bespoke menu and personal service from Chef Boyle.
