The Cocktails of Australia’s Patrón Perfectionists Finalists 2018

Both the Queensland and Victorian Regional Finals for the Patrón Perfectionists Cocktail Competition are done and dusted, with four finalists coming out on top.

The Melbourne finals, including bartenders from Victoria, Tasmania and New South Wales, saw Pauric Kennedy from Sydney’s Barangaroo House and Tony Huang from The Lui Bar in Melbourne be selected to head to the National Finals.

They’ll compete against New South Wales’ Ben Vials, Tandem bar, and Queensland’s Joseph Chisholm, Brooklyn Standard, along with the crowned finalists from the upcoming Perth final (encompassing South Australia, Western Australia and the Northern Territory) for the title of Australia’s Patrón Perfectionist 2018.

The national winner will travel to the home of Patrón Tequila, Patrón Hacienda, to compete in the Global Finals against 17 international finalists.
