Singapore’s leading hospitality group, Jigger & Pony Group have announced the upcoming opening of their largest venue to date.
Set to open in February 2018, Caffe Fernet will bring a slice of la vida italiana to Singapore’s Marina Bay waterfront.
With the same chic style and warm service that has earned three of the Group’s bars (Jigger & Pony, Sugarhall and Gibson) a spot on Asia’s 50 Best Bars list two years running, the 130-seater all-day restaurant and bar will breathe new life into the historic Customs House.
The space will be open-plan, with terrace alfresco style dining offering bay views. Every seat will have a view of the bar, where bar programme director Aki Eguchi and his team will be serving up twists of Italian classics, such as spritzers and negronis.
These drinks compliment the food menu, which focuses on light Italian dishes.
The aim of the Group is to create a venue that appeals to both food enthusiasts and discerning drinkers alike.
“We’ve always pushed ourselves to add something new to Singapore’s scene,” says Jigger & Pony Group co-founder, Indra Kantono.
“Caffe Fernet will be our biggest venue to date, and we are excited to bring our small-venue conviviality here.”
