Hong Kong’s very first Mexican artisanal cocktail bar, COA is set to open in the heart of SoHo later this month. The name is inspired after the COA blade a machete-like tool, used to cut back and harvest the agave plant.
Jay Khan is the brainchild behind the new venue, who is a multi-award winning bar veteran, ambassador to prestigious brands such as Remy Cointreau and is a regular panelist for numerous spirit tastings and competitions.
With a passion for agave spirits and channeling his love for Mexico’s vibrant drinking culture, COA will serve a diverse range of beverages with a Mexican influence and will share a unique insight into agave spirits never before seen in Hong Kong.
