Large cocktail ice for shaking

INGREDIENTS:

50ml BACARDÍ Carta Blanca
10ml Yellow Chartreuse
20ml Lemon juice
15ml Sugar syrup (1:1)
Handful of popcorn – the best brand is Cobs Lightly Salty, Lightly Sweet

METHOD:

Muddle popcorn in a Boston shaker; add all liquids and ice, shake and double strain.

GARNISH:

Small ramekin of popcorn
