Avi, the poolside bar overlooking the Indian Ocean, has released its Velaa Vintage Cocktail menu, a new cocktail menu that takes luxurious drinks to a whole new level. The six concoctions on this menu are designed to showcase the craftsmanship of some of the world’s rarest liquors and vintage Champagne.
The Lucky & Al, the most premium drink on the menu, mixed using Salon Champagne 1988 and rare 1930’s Guy Lheraud, Vieil Armagnac comes with a USD$6,530 price-tag
The cocktails are made to honour vintages from bygone years, and use the finest vintage Ports, Cognacs and Armagnacs as their bases. The word impressive has often been used to describe the list of cocktails available at the Avi bar, but The Vintage Cocktails create a whole new definition for the word.
